The challenge
Initially, Relyon Electronics used Excel sheets to manage their accounting needs and the data was saved in different places. Among the various features in Zoho Books, his favorite one is the estimate and invoicing feature. He can create customized estimates with the different templates available and the estimate can be converted to its subsequent sales order/ invoice in just a click. If a customer asks for an estimate in the PDF format, he can easily share a PDF version of the estimate the moment it is requested for. The monthly reporting feature, particularly the ‘sales by item’ and ‘sales by customer’ reports, are very much essential for Relyon. He is also happy with the Zoho Books support team as whenever an issue is raised, it has been addressed and resolved quickly.
