Documents required for LLP Incoration

For registering an LLP in India, there are specific documents that you’ll need. We at Smart Accountants will help with the whole process using Robotic Automation to expedite things for your company!

For the Partners of the LLP :

1. PAN card or Passport in case if applicant is a foreigner.

2. Drivers license or Aadhar card, resident card or election card, or any other proof of identity with photograph issued by the government.

3. Bank statement or telephone bill (not less than 3-months old).

Registered Office Proof :

A landlord needs to give you permission to use their property as a registered office. This is a “NOC” that they provide and it acts as permission from the landlord.
You need to prove that you have gas, electricity, and a phone. You can show the papers or your name on them. They must not be old than two months.
